The Ever Collective — Kelowna, BC
The convenience of no maintenance, the sustainability of a tree that's reused year after year, and a direct contribution to reforestation across BC. We place living evergreen trees in our EverPods and send them to homes, businesses, and schools — curated, delivered, and retrieved each season.
Our founding program, exclusively serving the Okanagan.
The Okanagan Evergreen Collective is a sponsor-funded placement program. Corporate partners sponsor living tree displays in schools and businesses across the Okanagan — at no cost to the recipients.
We're launching with two founding pop-up displays this Christmas 2026 — real living trees, in real spaces, right here in the Okanagan. Stay tuned for dates and locations.
We're accepting a limited number of founding reservations for the 2027 season. Early partners — schools, businesses, and sponsors — help shape the program from the ground up.
Residential & Commercial
Beyond the OEC program, The Ever Collective offers direct living tree placements for homes and commercial spaces. You choose the size and placement; we handle everything else — delivery, setup, and retrieval after the season.
Sponsoring an OEC display puts your brand in the spaces where people gather — not on a screen, but in a room. A living tree carries a different kind of attention. It's noticed, remembered, and talked about.

EverPod™
Traditional living-tree rentals stress the tree and shorten its life. EverPod™ is a custom-designed pot system built to keep trees healthy through the full seasonal cycle — delivered, displayed, retrieved, and returned to the nursery to recover before the next placement. It's what makes "the same tree, year after year" possible instead of a slogan.
Future versions will bring built-in care monitoring, so every tree's health is tracked, not guessed at.
Traditional living-tree rentals often look like this by mid-season.
About
Nicole D. Mychasiuk has spent nearly two decades as a professional arborist — competing in ISA climbing competitions, running a 55-foot aerial truck, and leading the Women of Wright committee, where she helped other women build careers in a field that wasn't built with them in mind.
She's an active member of the Kelowna community through Dress for Success, where she continues to invest in workshops, personal development, and a holistic approach to life and leadership. That same intentionality shapes how she runs The Ever Collective — built as a single mother, from the ground up, in Kelowna, BC.
EverPod™ and the Okanagan Evergreen Collective came out of two decades of hands-on tree and plant health care — and a conviction that trees, like people, deserve better than a single season and a landfill.
